1 – Minnesota Women (17-3-4)
      The #1 Golden Gopher women tied both games last weekend against Bemidji State only to win both in shootouts. Minnesota hosts North Dakota this weekend at Ridder Arena.Â
2 – Wisconsin Men (13-6-3)
      The #4 Badger Men split their series at Colorado College and host a critical series against conference-leading Denver at the Kohl Center.Â
3 – Wisconsin Women (13-8-3)
      The defending National Champions and eighth-ranked Badger women are surviving without Head Coach Mark Johnson who is coaching Team USA in Vancouver along with seven current and former Badgers,Â
4 – Michigan State Men (15-7-4)
      #14 Sparty lost and tied Notre Dame last weekend and host Ohio State this weekend at Munn Ice Arena.Â
5 – Michigan Men (13-10-1)
      The #17 Wolverines are fighting to get in the top 16, almost guaranteeing them a spot in the NCAA tournament. Â
6 – Minnesota Men (12-10-2)
      Minnesota is seventh in the WCHA and in jeopardy of missing the NCAA Tournament, ranked #23 after tying and beating North Dakota last weekend.Â
7 – Ohio State Women (11-9-4)
      The 13th ranked Buckeye women are on the outside of the NCAA tournament, needing to get in the top eight to make it to the tournament for the first time in school history.Â
8 – Ohio State Men (9-12-1)
      John Markell’s team is the only Big Ten team not ranked and with a losing record.
